FAQ – Lenze Drive and Inverter solutions

1. Do you carry spares to support all products?

No. Lenze drive and inverter problems are nearly always repairable. I will always identify a solution and if that is that it is more economic to replace than repair I will organise that ASAP

2. Will you still charge if the problem cannot be resolved?

Yes – but then I have never failed to get production back on line yet!

3. If new parts are needed how fast can they be on site?

If a new Lenze drive or Inverter – in 24 or 48 hours dependant on when ordered. If it is a Service exchange and is in stock – same day. If it needs off site repair – 2 day turnaround

4. What is your insurance cover?

£10M Professional Indemnity and £5m Public Liability

5. What sorts of guarantees are given for Lenze Onsite repairs?
  • New Lenze drives and inverters – 2-3 years
  • Service exchange – 1 year
  • Repair – 3 months to 1 year dependant on nature of repair
6. How quickly can you respond?

Assuming no prior commitment – immediately and on site within hours in the UK

7. How far will you travel?

As far as required in the UK or further afield.

8. How can I pay for the site visit?

By Bank transfer, credit or debit card.
